2021 Back to School Supplies Event

Every year, Peace by Piece sponsors an event to help provide school supplies for families in our community. As the lists for required supplies continues to grow, we know it can be tough to purchase everything needed for your student's school year.  This year, things continue to look a little different due to COVID-19. However, we are here to help!

Who Can Receive Supplies?

Students in Pre-Kindergarten to College Students in the Grandview, Hillsboro, & Northwest School Districts

 

What Kind of School Supplies Do You Provide?

When you register your student, we'll make sure to have the information about their school & class. We'll then shop for every single item on the list so it's tailored to your student's needs! Please note that this year we will not be shopping until we hear from your students' school if, and when, they will be returning to the classroom. Items required for this fall's learning environment will then be gathered.

When is the Fall 2021 Back to School Supplies Event?

The Fall 2021 School Supplies Event is scheduled for August 7th. Additional communication regarding times for your pick-up will be communicated as the date gets closer.

 

Is the Back to School Supplies Event Going to Be Like Last Years?

Yes, the 2021 Back to School Supplies Event will be similar to last year due to COVID-19 and our desire to keep both you and our volunteers safe and healthy. Therefore, there will not be the fun activities and haircuts available this year. The Event will be setup as a drive-thru pick-up for your supplies. Additional information will be available as the time approaches.

Feel free to contact Peace by Piece for additional information. As you register, we ask that you setup contacts via the Remind App. It is important that you respond to any requests for information.

Is Registration Required?

Registration is required to receive school supplies.  Registration of each student allows us to know what supplies are needed.  

 

When is Registration and How Do I Register?

Registration is now open. Deadline for registration is June 30th at 9:00 p.m. Registration involves two steps. Please complete both to ensure you stay up to date.

  1. Register Student - PLEASE NOTE: ALL REGISTRATIONS MUST BE COMPLETED WITH THE ONLINE FORM FOUND BELOW AT THE RED BUTTON. No applications can be accepted in person at Peace by Piece. Should you have problems with the form, please contact us.

  2. Register for Updates - We will again be using the Remind App for communications to keep you up to date. Please register with Remind.  Send a text message to this number 81010, text this message  @daa44c    MUST INCLUDE THE @ SIGN.
